EHL & Co. partnered with TopSDRs to build a brand identity and website that brings greater authority and credibility to a fast-growing recruiting firm. Specializing in the placement of ambitious young professionals within sales roles at leading tech startups, TopSDRs required a visual system that could signal legitimacy to high-achieving candidates and the companies hiring them. The final identity draws from the visual language of elite startups and venture firms while maintaining a feeling of momentum and accessibility, positioning TopSDRs as an exclusive network worth joining.

The logo uses rounded, thick letterforms that read as bold and confident. The symbol is an upward curve, representing two ideas at once: the upward trajectory of both candidates and the startups they join, and the connection between the two groups, with TopSDRs as the link. A blue-to-green gradient also runs through the brand as a subtle nod to growth.
